Costa del Sol Villa 1191 is a stunning 4-room apartment, spread across 85 m2 on the lower ground floor. Perfect for up to 5 adults and 1 child, this apartment is a bright and comfortable space that was partly renovated in 2022. The furnishings are beautiful, creating a cozy atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.

The living/dining room boasts a panoramic window, air conditioning, and a dining table where you can enjoy delicious meals. The apartment features 1 single bedroom with air conditioning, 1 double bedroom with a French bed, bathroom, and air conditioning, and another double bedroom with 2 single beds and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a bathroom and a large terrace of 35 m2 with terrace furniture, offering a gorgeous view of the swimming pool and garden.

Guests can enjoy various amenities such as a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer, and free WiFi. A reserved parking space is available for one car. The apartment is ideal for families looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Costa del Sol Villa 1191 is located in the beautifully renovated apartment block "Costa del Sol Real", just 200 m from the center of Puente Romano in the Costa del Sol Golden Mile district. The location is excellent, being right in the center yet still quiet. The sea and beach are just 800 m away in an east-facing position.

Guests can relax in the beautiful garden or choose from 5 swimming pools (available seasonally from June 15th to September 15th). Other facilities in the complex include outdoor showers, tennis courts, a lounge, fitness room, table tennis, and a playroom. Amenities such as a supermarket, restaurants, bakery, and cafes are all within walking distance.
