This property had the perfect setup for our families. The bedrooms were situated so that each family unit had their own space. Plenty of room and especially appreciated the game room upstairs so that we could use the garage for cars. Did have some issues with trash collection as there was trash left from previous renters but was able to speak with property manager regarding this and she did all she could to help with the situation. This was our last year attending the baseball tournament we have been traveling to Florida for and all agreed that this was the best property of all.

We had a fantastic time staying at this house during our Disney vacation. Location to parks was ideal and the morning commute to the parks was easy. The traffic was backed up at night, but that is to be expected. We booked this house last minute for our family of 4 so there was PLENTY of room for all of us. There are enough beds for 18 people to sleep comfortably not including the couches. The pool heater took longer to heat up than anticipated, but once it kicked in the water was great and clean. There are just a few items that negated the 5 star rating; 1) Before you entered the house there were quite a few spider webs around the entry that could have been cleaned off. 2) The carpet was a little outdated/worn in spots and there were stains on the floor mainly in the kids room that made if feel unclean. 3) There were several light bulbs out in the kitchen and on the patio. 4) The pool screen again was full of spider webs on the inside. A simple cleaning of the screens and metal structure would make this feel much nicer. 5) The kitchen utensils and cookware were also a little outdated. All in all it was a great stay and nothing that would deter us from renting again. The pool backs up to common ground and the tennis and volleyball courts can be seen from the patio.

Great place to stay! Very clean, except the dishes and utensils, which the last guest were responsible for. The dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes very well so that may have been the issue. Pool was heated for us for our stay. That is not covered and is an added expense. Just an FYI. Location is great! No loud neighbors and in gated community. The owner I spoke with was very friendly and accommodating when questions about the internet and cable when it was down. There on business so the internet was very vital.
