Welcome to Quinta do Lago Villa 1126, a fabulous 6-bedroom villa in a prime location at Quinta do Lago.

Within just a few steps away from the renowned Quinta do Lago wooden bridge, Quinta do Lago.Villa 1126 offers you a magnificent view of Ria Formosa and Quinta do Lago Beach.

It is the perfect spot to enjoy the wondrous natural surroundings.

The charming green garden around the swimming pool will give you a sense of relaxation.

The large pool, which can be heated at extra cost, is perfect for cooling down. Around it, you will also find a set of comfortable sun loungers to relax by the sun.

You also have a built-in BBQ to enjoy, with a shaded outdoor dining area by the pool.

Next to the outdoor dining area, you will find a staircase that takes you all the way to the panoramic terrace, with wide views over Quinta do Lago and the Ria Formosa natural reserve.

You will never want to leave!

With great privacy and on higher ground, the Villa faces south and receives light all day, inviting you to sunbathe by the pool.

As the sun sets and the sky turns violet, stroll through the garden, or play a relaxing game of cards at the alfresco dining table.

 LIVING AREAS

Quinta do Lago Villa 1126 is spacious and gorgeously decorated.

The Villa includes a wide entrance hall, a large and spacious living area, and a fully equipped kitchen with connection to the dining area.

The main lounge, with patio doors leading to the terrace, has a smart TV, A/C, comfortable furniture, and a soundbar.

Moving through to the kitchen, it has everything you need for tasty family meals. It includes an American fridge/freezer, breakfast bar, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, and coffee machine.

You can enjoy your meals in the fabulous dining room. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and wine fridge.

Downstairs, for an additional fee, you can enjoy a large basement that offers the perfect getaway for young people or families traveling with babysitters and young children.

With its own second fully equipped kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, and a shared bathroom, it is completely self-contained. All the rooms on the lower floor benefit from natural light.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

All bedrooms are comfortable and perfect for catching up on sleep after a busy day. Each room also has an en-suite bathroom and A/C.

Bedroom one is a double room, with patio doors leading to the outdoor space. Bedroom two has twin beds, while bedroom three has a king-size bed and access to a patio.

Led by a majestic staircase to the first floor, you will find bedroom four, the master suite. It has a super king-size bed, cable TV, and gives access to a rooftop terrace with panoramic views.

On the lower floor there are two further bedrooms and a shared bathroom.
