Step into luxury with this elegant 5 bed, 4.5 bath villa located within Reunion Resort. Nestled in Fairway Ridge, this home offers stunning views of the 6th hole of the Nicklaus golf course. Indulge in 3 lavish suites, a custom kids' bedroom, and an additional bedroom. Bask in the warm Florida sun by the private West-facing pool and spa.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a natural gas stove, counter seating for 3, granite counters, and custom cabinetry. Enjoy meals in the cozy booth style dining area with seating for 5. Relax in the spacious living area on the leather sectional sofa while watching your favorite movie on the 65-inch TV or the 32-inch TV. The living area opens up to the lanai overlooking the picturesque golf course.

One of the 3 suites features a king-size bed and is situated on the second floor. This king suite includes a 40-inch TV, ensuite bathroom with a garden tub, walk-in shower, marble vanity, and private balcony. The other two suites feature queen beds, one with a private balcony on the second floor and the other on the ground floor. Both queen suites have 32-inch TVs and en-suite bathrooms. The kids will have a blast in their own bedrooms with queen beds and 32-inch TVs, sharing a Jack-n-Jill bathroom.
