Resort Amenities Include a 6700 square foot clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, fitness center, business center (with Internet access to ensure you stay connected!), volleyball, tennis, childrens playground, and a picnic area where you can enjoy a meal and relax. Our 5-bedroom 4.5 bathroom home sleeps up to13 people and provides the ideal base for your family and friends to enjoy all that Florida has to offer and to meet all the expectations for your vacation. Air-conditioned throughout, this superbly furnished villa extends to approx 3000 sq ft and is fully equipped with 5 bedrooms, 4,5 bathrooms, games room, private pool and spa. Home theater. Property is located on a very private lot where the pool side and large backyard face a vast vacant natural field, beautiful trees and breathtaking greenery.

Solterra Resort is a planned community of purpose built homes designed for use as family vacation homes consisting of 4 -15 bedroom homes to accommodate small and large groups.
There will be an access fee for utilizing the clubhouse facilities. The access fee will be a single charge per stay and will be as follows:
- For groups of up to 12 guests: $35
- For groups of 13 or more guests: $45
Please note that this fee is required to be settled directly at the resort. To facilitate this, we kindly request that you use credit cards or debit cards for payment; unfortunately, cash will not be accepted for this transaction. Additionally, to ensure a seamless check-in process for all guests arriving at the community, we kindly ask that you have the following information readily available:
