Andrew July 2024Lovely property but property agent advised additional cleaning fees of 200CHF at check in not on booking, beds were not made up when we arrived (had to do this ourselves) and WiFi was so slow it could not be used for any email or light web browsing (and we booked on basis it was advertised with WiFi). As result we incurred data roaming charges on our mobile devices. Also received message say before leaving advising 9am checkout when listing stated 10am. Still awaiting reply from agent to my challenge on the cleaning fees and these reported problems. Gproperty but agents description and listing needs improvement (remove or improve wifi) and cleaning fees should be removed or reduced, especially given you have to make your own beds on arrival.

Amaresh July 2024The Swiss chalet offered by Skolido was one of the highlights of our Swiss trip. It was extremely well maintained, spacious and clean. We felt like living in our own home. The views from the balcony towards the huge mountains and valleys were mesmerizing. It was extremely peaceful. The internet was quite slow but everything else was 10 out of 10. We would love come to Bürchen and stay in this chalet again!
