Our new and lovingly furnished holiday home is situated in a sunny and idyllic secluded location at 1100m above sea level near the mountain village of Prebl. The house is completely surrounded by a natural larch fence, which separates the property from the surrounding pastures, ideal for your pets. There are cows, ponies, goats and donkeys around the house. You can also visit our nearby farm at any time or use the neighbouring hiking trails. The house has a fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room with a large dining table, sofa and wood-burning stove, and its light-flooded rooms can accommodate up to 10 people. You can enjoy the sunshine from morning to evening on the large south and west-facing terrace. Relaxation is guaranteed with a visit to the in-house sauna and infrared cabin as well as the outdoor whirlpool. On the top floor there are 2 large bedrooms with Swiss stone pine beds, a children's room and a second bathroom with WC. The ground floor with kitchen-living room, bathroom and separate WC, as well as the room that can be used as a living room, playroom or bedroom, is also easily accessible via the terrace entrance, which is almost at ground level. This offers guests who want to avoid stairs the opportunity to use the house without difficult barriers. We are happy to provide stair gates, cots and high chairs free of charge for our younger guests. Our holiday home allows you to combine undisturbed peace and quiet with quick access to your holiday destinations - such as Prebl's inns and mountain huts with their excellent cuisine or Carinthia's lakes and mountains. The Klippitztörl adventure and ski region can be reached by car in approx. 20 minutes and offers experiences such as ski excursions, alpine hikes, ski tours and snowshoe hikes, a natural climbing garden and a summer toboggan run.
