The apt was exactly as expected. Kitchen was nicely stocked with the essentials. Bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and the balcony has a great view of the mountains. Small issue with the incorrect lockbox code to get the key. Took a few minutes but the host was responsive. The other is understanding how to use the washer/dryer. Posted instructions would be helpful. I’d still recommend the stay and rebook when we visit Saas-Fee again!

The place is beautiful and the location is great. Overall it was a great stay, the kitchen is very well supplied, the beds are comfortable, the views are amazing. The one thing that could have been improved was communications with the host - they were not always the most helpful and their communications are a bit confusing (their airbnb messages conflict with the book that is on the table, for example, they have different check out times), and when we arrived, the key was not where it was supposed to be (however, we were able to reach them by phone and they figured out that the people before us left the apartment unlocked and the key was inside). Overall, I would recommend - the apartment is great and the location can't be beat.

The apartment has an amazing view, it's very near the slopes and in the heart of the village. The location could not be better. The furnishings are relatively basic, but commensurate with the rental price. My only criticism was that the pillows were very loose, though we were provided with more when the issue was raised and this helped. I would suggest the host consider improving the pillows and perhaps provide a few more towels. Overall though, the apartment was great and we would come back again. I think that the photos on the listing don't do the view justice - very invigorating to walk onto the balcony in the mornings, breathe in the crisp, fresh air and take in the panorama of mountains surrounding you. Wonderful.
