The house is located in the exclusive 5 star hotel area of Maspalomas/Meloneras and close to high class restaurants. The beach of Maspalomas is within walking distance and the beach of Meloneras is only 150 metres from the flat.

The house is located in the exclusive 5 star hotel area of Maspalomas/Meloneras and close to high class restaurants. The beach of Maspalomas is within walking distance and the beach of Meloneras is only 150 metres from the flat.
The house is distributed over two floors:
- On the main floor there is the entrance, the living room-kitchen, a bathroom with shower, the main terrace with private pool, 2 sun loungers, a chill-out area with sofas, and another outdoor terrace with barbecue and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils....
- On the upper floor there is 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bedroom with double bed and balcony and 1 bathroom with shower.
In all rooms there is smart-Tv, air conditioning and free high speed wifi.
The bungalow can be enjoyed both inside and outside all year round, as it offers all the comfort you would expect.
The back patio gives access to the communal areas, as well as to the wonderful communal pool, absolutely recommended to visit and enjoy.
Cots and high chairs are available. Please let us know when booking. Cot and high chair will be provided on request only.

From the house you can walk to the lighthouse of Maspalomas along the wonderful promenade of Las Meloneras, where you will find the best restaurants in the south of Gran Canaria. There is a supermarket just a few minutes walk away.
In front of the flat there is free parking available at all times.

The apartment was lovely, comfortable and in a great location. The direction provided by Pablo from the airport were easy to follow and the check in process was simple. There was an arrival pack of a nice bottle of wine and bottle of water which was welcome as we arrived late.

We had a fantastic vacation here for three weeks. Enjoyed the swimming pool to cool off after some tanning. Brought with us our little toddler, and Pablo provided high chair and baby bed. Of course, with a baby we had good use of the good working washing machine.
Pablo gave us clear and neat information about everything, from the apartment to the neighbourhood, and every time we wondered on something he was there on WhatsApp to answer.

It is such a good location - quiet comparing to the other side of the maspalomas dunes but still with all the amenities. Great supermarket one kilometer away and nice restaurants by the local beach, more along the promenade to the dunes.
The house is as described. Everything was very easy and we had a wonderful week exploring the island or depending on the days staying by the main pool (which is indeed fairly cold).

Great vacation in a marvelous spot in Gran Canaria. The house is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Meloneras, just a few steps from a secluded and quiet beach. A 10 minute walk from the main streets and the strip with all the restaurants and boutiques. A wonderful seaside walk takes you straight to the Maspalomas lighthouse. The house is perfect for a family or a couple, with a private pool and perfectly equipped. It was very clean and everything was as described. Pablo has been very helpful and accomodating. All the procedures (check in and check out) have been very easy and quick. We definitely would love to come back!
