The Location

The Sunnegga Express is approximately a five-minute walk from the apartment, providing quick access to some of Zermatt's most celebrated ski slopes, hiking trails, and mountain bike routes. During the winter season, experienced skiers can finish their day just a short distance from the building, making it wonderfully convenient to return home after an unforgettable day on the mountain.

Despite its peaceful hillside setting, the apartment remains close to the vibrant heart of Zermatt, where charming cafés, boutique shops, gourmet restaurants, and the village's welcoming alpine atmosphere are all within easy reach.

Guest Access

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring complete privacy throughout their stay.

Please note that the final approach to the property involves approximately 100 metres on foot via a staircase of around 90 steps. As a result, the apartment is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or those travelling with large prams. The reward, however, is an elevated location offering some of the most remarkable views in Zermatt.
