In a quiet side street of Liechtensteinstraße, in the immediate vicinity of Bauernfeldplatz and the Liechtenstein Summer Palace and just a five-minute walk from the tram, bus and underground station, you will benefit from a quiet location in the heart of Vienna in this attractive holiday flat. On the top floor of the stylish, bourgeois residential building from the Wilhelminian era, you can enjoy your stay with a wonderful view of the Lycée Français garden from the roof terrace. 2 tram stops away, you can park your car in the Althan Centre or in the Park&Ride Spittelau. Take the lift to the level of your holiday flat on the fourth floor. The bright three-room flat has a living space of 70 m² and is divided into an entrance area with cloakroom and separate WC, two bedrooms, a lounge, a fully equipped fitted kitchen and a daylight bathroom.
