Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, electric coffee machine) with 2 double sofabeds, dining table and flat screen. Exit to the terrace. Shower, shower/WC, sep. WC, Sauna. Heating. 2 balconies, terrace. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, deck chairs. Very beautiful, of the mountains and the swimming pool. Facilities: children's high chair. Please note: non-smokers only. There is a rain shower in the bathroom!

The Tirol Apartment 1050 is in a prime location. Ski-in/ski-out access is possible when snow conditions permit. The on-site restaurant is open seasonally, during peak season, breakfast and dinner can be booked as an add-on. Above Auffach 1.8 km from the centre of Auffach, 6 km from the centre of Oberau, 17 km from the centre of Wörgl, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the edge of the forest, 100 m from the skiing area. In the house: restaurant, breakfast room, lounge, WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. 2 km long motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. “Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
