Welcome to Appartementhaus Florian Are you planning a visit to Vienna and looking for private accommodation? Our quiet house is located in a garden estate in the immediate vicinity of a shopping centre and the Danube Island. The ideal starting point for a wide variety of activities such as immersing yourself in the cultural life of a cosmopolitan city or a visit to a wine tavern in Stammersdorf. The convenient location of our hotel makes it easy to get here, regardless of whether you are travelling by plane, train or car. The garden can be used by the residents of all four flats, whereby Top 1 and Top 2 on the ground floor each have a terrace of 24 m2. The apartment building consists of four identically furnished flats of the same size. The 5.5 m2 bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and washbasin with vanity unit.
