Guest Access Instructions – Caulfield Village
Welcome to Caulfield Village! Below are the details for accessing your apartment and facilities:
Property Address
Unit 8M, 8 Bond Street, Caulfield North VIC 3161
Key and Unit Access
Enter via No. 11 Bond Street and locate the Red Bike Storage Area.
Use the provided locker code to retrieve the key and fob (locker code will be shared upon ID verification).
Unit Entry:
Once you have the key and fob, return to No. 8 Bond Street to access your unit.
Parking Access
Garage Remote Control:
Retrieve the garage remote (blue fob) from the black key locker at No. 8 Bond Street (locker code provided with keys).
Parking Space:
Enter the parking area through the left gate near Coles using the remote.
Your designated parking spot is No. 173.
Basement Lift Access to Unit
Locate the single lift near parking spots 188/189 in the basement.
Use your fob on the black sensor and press ‘M’ (Mezzanine level). Your unit is M08 on the right.
Amenities
Access the BBQ area, swimming pool, gym, and libraries via the courtyard or side door.
Amenities are available from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Use the blue or black fob for entry.
Important Notes
Check-in Time: 3:00 PM onwards.
Check-out Time: 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
Securely close and lock all lockers after use. A penalty of $200 AUD applies for lost keys or fobs.
ID verification is required before the security codes for access will be issued.

🐾 Pet Policy
We are pleased to welcome one well-trained pet per stay under the following strict conditions to ensure the safety and comfort of all future guests. Please message us to acknowledge these terms before booking:
A non-negotiable $85 pet fee applies.
A signed pet agreement is required prior to check-in.
Pets are not permitted on furniture, beds, or in bedrooms at any time.
Guests are fully responsible for cleaning up all pet waste (indoors and outdoors). An additional cleaning fee will be charged for neglect.
Pets must not be left unattended in the property for extended periods.
🚫 No Parties & Noise
Strictly no parties, events, or gatherings that exceed the number of confirmed guests.
Please be respectful of neighbours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise is
prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
🚬 Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A $500 deep cleaning fee will be automatically charged for any evidence of indoor smoking.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only; please dispose of all cigarette butts responsibly.
👥 Guests & Identification
The total number of guests must not exceed the number declared at the time of booking.
Government-issued photo ID is required for all guests prior to check-in for security purposes.
🕙 Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in: From 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM. We strictly enforce a $50 per hour late check-out fee for any unauthorised overstay, as it disrupts our cleaning schedule.
📅 Minimum Stay & Long-Term Rates
Standard minimum stay is 2-3 nights.
Long-term stays (one month +) are welcome! Please message us for tailored rates.
